Neuroscience-based, executive performance coaching
I recently spent a year in and out of the hospital, having seven surgeries to heal from something I believe was directly caused by stress. I did heal but I no longer felt like myself and was overwhelmed with stress.
I felt completely dead inside.
In a desperate effort to find something to heal my state since being on meds alone wasn't helping, I dove in head-first (keep reading to learn how I can help you too).
I enrolled in a neuroscience program at the MIT Sloan School of Management and have spent thousands of additional hours learning and researching everything related to neurobiology and the brain-body connection.
I started Anchor Point Performance to help executives, like you, understand the neuroscience of how you think and make decisions; providing you with tools for better mental performance, stress resiliency, and the focus you need to thrive as a leader both in and out of the office.
It’s become my passion and obsession. Now it’s my mission to help you feel better too.
Embodied cognition is taking the science world by storm and is being utilized by everyone from SEAL teams to Silicon Valley executives. With recent advancements in neurobiology technology, we now know that how we move and hold our bodies affects our brains, emotions, and behaviors.
Through my work, I help the executive who:
* Feels like they lose focus of their long-term top priorities by getting pulled in a million directions by everyday tasks.
* Weirdly feels both tired and wired is constantly in overdrive, rushing from one thing to the next and can’t even keep-up with their inbox.
* Finds themselves having an extra glass of wine each night because there’s so much stress… that has turned into drinking more than they’d probably like.
It's a lot easier to sail a boat when you know how to sail a boat. The same goes for making changes in our lives and understanding our physiological mechanisms.
We start with the science and then give you the tools to change your life.
Working with me, you will learn how to improve the things you want (performance, mental toughness, resiliency) and remove the things you don’t (stress, perfectionism, and destructive habits).
If this sounds like you, I would love to help. Sound like someone you know? Feel free to forward this along.
I have openings for one-on-ones starting May 23rd.
Request a free consultation here.
I also work with teams and companies, offering workshops and seminars on how to think better, be more creative and innovative, and better manage stress. Learn more here.
I'm so excited to work with you.
Cheers to better living -
